Once a placement is confirmed, we help prepare the documents and guide the candidate through the work permit or visa application process.

Employer-sponsored work permits
When a job offer or sponsorship is confirmed, we explain what the employer and applicant each need to provide and help organise the supporting documentation for the work permit application.
Post-graduate work opportunities
We match recent graduates of eligible institutions with employers who can support post-study work arrangements and explain the published conditions, timelines and limits.
Temporary & seasonal work pathways
Short-term, seasonal and time-limited work routes for general labour roles. We connect candidates with verified labour-hire agencies and explain the documentation and conditions that usually apply.

Canada
Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP)
Key requirement: The employer must obtain a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Employment and Social Development Canada before the candidate applies for a work permit.
Global Skills Strategy / Global Talent Stream
Key requirement: The employer must qualify for the exempt category; faster processing but a narrower occupation list.
Australia
Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482) — Core Skills stream
Key requirement: The Australian employer becomes an approved sponsor and nominates the candidate for an occupation on the relevant skills list.
Skills in Demand visa (482) — Labour Agreement stream, or subclass 494
Key requirement: The employer holds (or applies for) a formal Labour Agreement with the Australian Government, or the role is in a designated regional area.
Europe
EU Blue Card
Key requirement: The employer offers a contract of at least 6 months at or above the national salary threshold (roughly 1–1.6× the average gross salary, country-dependent), and the candidate holds a recognised degree or equivalent professional experience.
Country-specific seasonal / general labour worker schemes
Key requirement: Varies by country — typically a national quota, a registered local employer, and government-approved work authorisation before travel.
